Hello, we are new to DIS but are enjoying and learning fast! Our family of 4, DD 7 and DD 9, will be arriving in the World 12/24 and leaving 12/31. So far, it looks like we will be staying outside and renting a car. What I am unsure about is should we plan on betting tickets for the water park portion? Is it going to be too cold? Next question is what shows (the fireworks or parades?) should be plan on not missing and have a PS for for good seats or other strategy? Also, what restraunts should be plan on not missing too because they are too cool. Lastly, do I understand that because of the crowds that the parks close to admission? If this is the case, do we miss out on a PS if it is in that particular park they have closed to admission?

Thanks for the help!

New to this but learning quick!

From what I understand the weather is very unpredictable in Florida then. We went this past December the week before christmas and it was in the 30s at night and no higher than upper 50s during the day. It made for a comfortable day in the parks but we didn't think of getting into the pools.

I'm not sure about the answers to your other questions though.

Have fun!
