Help! Pirate ID's! (need help asap, please!)

Nothing like waiting until the last minute!

I am going to print up some cards to slip into the clear ID patches of Lanyards. The Lanyards have a skull and Crossbones on them, so I'm hoping to find something Disney Pirate Themed for the image. I'd like the image and then the following names over them:

Grandma
Grandpa
Mom
Dad
Aunt Shelley
Emmy
Lizzie
Hannah

Anyone up to a challenge? I can resize them (the final size will be 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches) if the dimensions can be the same.
