Help! Pictures in Signatures

Okay, I know this has been asked numerous times before so I'm sorry to be asking again, but I've looked through the last 15 pages of posts and can't find it...

How do you get pictures in your signature files. I have found how to create a signature but do not see the option of adding a photo file.
