Help!!! Photos DELETED!!!!

Hey guy's before I even start making a trip report I want to ask if there is anyway to get back the pictures back that were accident;y deleted from the memory card? My husband was playing with the camera on Wednesday while we were at Seaworld and he changed the format and was not warned or anything that doing that would delete all 150 pictures we had so far....we had some really good ones too

DO NOT USE YOUR CAMERA!

This happened to my mom & she lost 70 pics...my stepdad got some sort of software to recover them ALL. I will email her now & ask for the name of the software or who to call.

Just called my mom, she can't remember the name of the software but she'll email it to me tonight (5 or 6pm) we are in AZ too so at least the probability of finding it in Flag is good.

Anyone here my know the name, or Google it - you may find something. Maybe "Memory card recovery software" or something like that. Sorry I couldn't help you right now, but I'll get back to you tonight just in case.

Go post on the photography board. They can help you. I've seen a post like this before, and the person was able to recover everything.

I hope you can retrieve them. If not, I have a bunch of scenery pics from the same week that you were there that I could get to you.

I own a camera store here in Vegas............go to a real camera store or pro lab...........call to see if they do image recovery.............we charge 35.00 and as long as card was not reformatted it should be ok! always re-format after saving your prints to cd.......so important! i wish I was closer to help!
Good luck , I live in fear of this even though I always format and know all the in's and outs of digital.
