HELP!!Partial shipment Hotwire savings club ?

I ordered Q&C vouchers along with Seaworld tickets from Hotwire Savings Club. I ordered them 5/18/04 and got them today 5/21/04. Great service.

However, I only got the vouchers and not the tickets to SeaWorld. I was wondering if those of you that have ordered from them before got everything at one time or if they sent partial shipments? If the first is the case, then I guess I need to call them and see where my tickets are.

They do use different fulfillment centers to send orders. I once ordered vouchers and gift cards. They came in separate mailings from 2 different places. However, I would still give them a call to put my mind at ease if I were you.

the same thing has happened to me and the other envelope wasn't too far behind the first one.

My mind is at ease now. I will give it a couple days and see if I get the SW tickets.
