Sorry if kind of OT, but trying to save money!
I want to paint all of our bedroom and bathroom doors. They are the 6 panel, hollow kind from Home Depot. Some look like they may have been painted before but others might still be the original primer. Do I need to use primer (like Kilz) on all of them before I paint? Do I just apply it or do I need to sand it first? It's a bumpy (fake wood grain) surface, so I am unsure of how to sand it.
TIA!
