Help! Our cameras are dead

Help me find a new one. The first camera was a Kodak Easy Share C330, which took great indoor and outdoor pictures. It would freeze in the open position and then shut off. Now it will not open at all to take pictures. Then my daughters camera, a Samsung Digimax D53, which she loved and had taken 1000's of pictures(great indoor and outdoor) started taking white pictures when outside. It takes a good picture every now and then. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced camera that would be comparable to either of these. My daughter is competing at Nationals(for gymnastics) and we do not have a camera to take pictures with. I would really like to have one that takes good indoor pics. Thanks.
