We were sprinkled with pixie dust and upgraded to conceirge level at the BC for 10 days! We love it.. but we've never stayed conceirge and I don't know if/how much to tip. I know you should only tip for out of the ordinary service, and we really haven't asked for or gotten any. However, there is one particular concerige person who has been very kind and I think I'd like to tip her, except I don't know what's appropriate.
We've tipped mousekeeping about usual, we would leave $4-$5 for a deluxe resort (there's only myself and my daughter), and we've tipped $5 every day because she's left towel animals and arranges my daughter's sourveniers daily. DD loves to come in and find what she's done that day. $2 for turn down and that's what I'd usually leave if I'd requested it (here it's done automatically apparently).
So, what's appropriate for the conceirge people? I heard they weren't supposed accept tips, then I heard they do. And I've seen one accept a tip. So, I'm confused. We're checking out Wednesday... Any help would be appreciated.
TIA
