Help on Disney Visa Card

My friend's dad gave me a recommendation for the Disney Visa Credit Card, and on it it said to apply by calling a number. If any other person has gotten the same thing, do I have to call the number or can I do it online? It has his account number and that if I apply he'll get a $50 bonus on his card by saying that I got recommended by him. Having the card would be good for me because I'm leaving in at least 2 months. The only thing with calling is that I'm afraid some information would go in wrong. Any information on what to do would be great! I'll need to do it ASAP!

I would think it would be best to call. I have received those referral bonus offers. The # on their isn't their account #, but it the offer # tied to his account. You should also get a bonus gift card by using his referral #. It would be best to call to insure you both get the reward offers. I would be worried that someone would miss out if it is done online, especially since the ones I have say to call directly and don't give a online signup.

Thank you! I actually just went to the website and filled everything to the end, and it would seem like I would have to call. (Calling makes me nervous because I never know if it's going to be a person or a 'robot')

Do you already have a cruise booked? I would def. call in and use that card to pay for it once you get it. Even if you have already PIF they can refund your other payment and use your disney visa so you get the onboard credit + you will get the 1% or 2% disney visa rewards that you can get on a gift card and take on the cruise.
