HELP!!!! # of digits in confirmation?

Oh, help!

I booked a MYW + Dining through AAA. I called and asked the AAA agent for the Disney reservation number because I need it. She gave me an 8 digit number.

I just pulled out my Dinsey paperwork from last January and I see that the number for my room only was 12 digits!

Can anybody PLEASE confirm that some ressies are only 8 digits? The AAA office is already closed!

12 digits from CRO. A letter and 7 digits when booked through Disney on line.

My confirmation number is 8 digits. I also booked through AAA.

I beleive Disney Travel Company is 8 digits.

I was worried enough that I called CRO and spoke to them about it. They said it is an 8 digit number, but since I booked through a travel agent they can't look at or modify the ressie. Hmm. Well, at least I have the number!
