HELP! No race packet for DH!

So I received my race packet a few months ago, with my registration info, etc. My husband did not receive one. I called then, and they said it would come eventually. It hasn't yet! I have verified online that he is registered, but still no packet... what do I do?

Don't worry. When you get to the Expo, go to the runner service area. They will look him up on the computer and fill out the info that he needs to get his bib number and chips. Then he goes over to the booth with his race number. Lynnda (DW) had this happen last year and didn't have any problem once she got there.

I think there is a link somewhere to get to the site with those registered. You should be able to make sure they have the name for registration. And---I'm guessing by now you know they have cashed/processed your payment, you should be good to go. Just do as recommended when you get there.

Yes, I have verified our registration on the site and we are definitely both confirmed. I'll stop worrying now, thank you both!
