Help - Never expire ticket question

I originally purchased 7 day park hopper tickets under the 7/4 deal. We arrived at Disney on Feb 24th and first used them on Feb 25th and used only 3 days. Never expire option was added after the 3 days were used so my balance should be 4 unused park hopper tickets.

Here are my questions:

1) Can I now add more days? I think I should be able to add 3 more days ie, 3 days used, 4 days remaining, 3 days added would be the max of 10, can anyone confirm this?

2) Can I add WPF&M option at this point? I read Cheshire Figments FAQ and if I understand correctly I should be able to do this until Tuesday when my 14 days from first use would expire.

3) If I chose to return to Disney under a new package that required the purchase of park tickets would would the fact that I have these tickets already satisfy the ticket requirement? If not, could I save the new tickets for future use as long as they were never used?

Yes, you can absolutly add days until the 10 day limit is reached. As long as you are within the 14 day window, you can add or change whatever you like.

If you were to book another "package," you would need to buy at least a one day ticket. Otherwise it would not be considered a package, and you would not be able to add the dining plan, etc. Just crunch the numbers to see what makes sense for your trip. Since there also room-only discounts available, it may make more sense for you to book just a room, and use the tickets you have. Save the package for the trip after that, when you would need to purchase new tickets anyway. HTH.

I agree with the above, and wanted to add that if you did purchase a package in the future, any tickets (1-day or otherwise) that came with the package could be saved for a future visit. They would not even need the no-expire option, as the 14-day "clock" doesn't begin counting down until the first use, and you could decide to upgrade them however you wish at that future visit, when you do use them, so long as you do that within 14 days of their first use. :dance3:

Tickets must be upgraded at the parks, though.

If you are already home, you're out of luck.

You would have to call Ticket Services (not reservations) by close of business Tuesday. You wil have to have the tickets available so you can give the person the numbers. It will be $53.25 (including tax) per ticket to add the seven WPF&M entries to each ticket.. Since the tickets will have NE on them, the WPF&M entries will be valid until they are used up, even if you have used all your theme park days.

Also now is the time to think about your next trip or two. It will cost $40.47 to add a park day (and another WPF&M entry), $70.29 to make it noine day and $105.44 to make it ten day.

And a pcakage does (currently) require the purchase of a ticket. However, any ticket that you buy with a package can be held until actually used and can be upgraded to a multi-day or Annual pass.

Cheshire Figment-
Just curious. Would they extra days cost so much because they have to do it over the phone? Or am I missing something? TIA

It has nothing to do with the fact that it's over the phone. It has to do with the fact that since you already have the No Expiration option on the ticket, you also must pay for that option for al additional days you're adding.

In other words, it's not like you can add a day for $3. Yes, the 8th day costs $3 + tax. But then you ALSO need to pay the cost of the No Expiration option for that 8th day, which will bring yout total cost to add that day to $40.47. And so on for the 9th and 10th days, as Cheshire Figment spelled out.

I hope that makes sense.

OK, I just got off the phone with the ticket people. Cheshire Figment you are right on with the pricing to the penny!

The CM I spoke to told me that I can add the extra days and WPF&M whenever I want since the ticket already has the never expire option added to the 4 days that are presently remaining. Can anyone confirm if this correct? I would really like to wait to modify the tickets until my future plans are a little more concrete. Although, I would hate to wait and find that this CM was mistaken and that I couldn't upgrade after my 14 day window from first use expired.

Cheshire works in ticketing, and he's telling you to buy them NOW. From all that I've ever read from the people who know, you have ONLY those 14 days, and after that, nothing can be added or changed.

Arggg I just got off the phone yet again. This time the CM I got agreed that any upgrades need to be done within the 14 day window, but says that there is no way to do any upgrades by phone.

Do you happen to have the number for ticket services? I called (407) 566-4985 and pressed option #2.

TIA :goodvibes
