HELP - Neighbor's wind chimes are driving me crazy!

You admit that a sound coming from your property may be annoying your neighbors and then say that annoying sound is staying. That is selfish and inconsiderate.

So you dig up a post that is 7 1/2 years old to call someone a name for your first post. Interesting.

I see this is a very old thread but my neighbor has one hanging from his mailbox.. we are connected so my porch is connected to his.. I want to rip that thing off his mailbox and run it over.. I HATE IT!!

I knew this was an old thread when I saw some of the posts were from people who haven't posted here in years!

But, add me to the "I love wind chimes" group. I think the sound they make is so relaxing. Love hearing them, and do have a few of my own both at home and at our place up north. Lots of space between houses though, so I'm sure nobody else can hear them. To me, the sounds of windchimes and singing birds are beautiful.

But a dog barking? Like nails on a chalkboard.

I would much rather hear someone's windchimes than their dog barking all night long.
