Help Needed

I am a new member. I have searched for an answer to this but haven't
found one. So I am coming to all of you for an answer.

Is there a way to shut some setting off so I won't get an email everytime someone posts to some thread that I have replied to?

If anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated.

Welcome to DIS you'll get lots of great info here.

To shut that feature off just go to the "User CP" tab and you can go in and change the threads option on your profile.

You can also change it on a thread by thread basis by changing the setting on the Additional Options section on the screen when your typing your posts (Thread Subscription -- Notification Type --- just set it to No email notification.)
