Submitted form on-line re transfers for my trip a couple of weeks ago and rang them yesterday to make sure that they understood my request - a triangular trip - MCO-Universal area-WDW-MCO.
Mentioned that we would be visiting the Disney Store on arrival and would be no more than 10 minutes in there.
Then they asked me to telephone them on the toll free number once we had landed. I said OK, but thinking about it later, thought this a little odd.
We will have been travelling for 17 and a half hours by then and I thought from this board that FL Tours monitored the flight numbers and were there and waiting for you. The last thing we'll be wanting is to be hanging around after such a long day (and with a child) waiting for a cab to come over from downtown Orlando somewhere. Maybe they think (being from the UK) that we'll have to do the whole fingerprinting thing and clear Customs - in actual fact we'll have done this already in Atlanta (we are flying Delta via Atlanta).
Do you think I should ring them back to clarify? It makes me wonder whether to cancel and just get a cab which will already be waiting outside the terminal building.
