help needed - WDW Alphabet Scrapbook- gimme a V!!!

I finally started this for my little 3yo friend who is coming with me (finally!) in December to WDW.

It's a photo on each page (8x8) with a circle tag with the first letter of the first name, and the character's name in Walt font at the bottom of the page. It's going well, so I'm making a 2nd one for a different 3yo who came with me last year.

Problem - finding characters and photos for some letters!
Q-
U- Ursula, but can't find photos of her
X-
Y-
Z- 'zoey' sp? from Roly Poly Ollie at MGM but can't find photo

Anyone any ideas??

Q--Quasimodo or the "Queen" from Snow White (that may be easier to get a picture of) or the Queen of Hearts
U--Uncle Remus, Uncle Scrooge
X--You can always use Max from Goofy Movie and make the X a capitol letter in the name. Or Xerxes (from Hercules, I think)
Y--Yzma from Emperor's New Groove
Z--Zazu from Lion King

I know some of those are grasping at straws, but hope that helps a bit

It's actually a very cute idea and now you have me thinking about doing the same....
All those hearts floating around on a page for the Queen of Hearts...
Dory, my favorite little fish with her crazy forgetful sayings in the background...it sounds like fun! Maybe I'll do it too!

That's where I got my list fleshed out a little! I am struggling to find some photos, though.... not that I am being picky, but it's tough to find a few! I can't believe how hard it is to find Ursula - the character photo, not a sculpture photo, etc. I even read that she is at the DCL check in area sometimes!

Zurg is, of course, at Buzz Lightyears Space Ranger Spin in MK. Here is my DH and his LAME attempt at being "scared"!!!

This is a link for Ursula & King Triton standing together. If you save it as a BMP file you'll get a 2.5" x 2" picture as opposed to 1" x 1" as a JPG file.

I thought I had one of her on Ariel's float in the snow globe parade (whatever that was called but she's got a book in front of her face. Too bad - it was a good shot.

Oh - and Dan Murphy had posted a good one of Ursula in the SpectroMagic Parade. Check with him.

The only things I can see are Von Drake and I haven't found a character photo of him anywhere! (They are all character photos except for 'yummy')

Sorry to ask - any other ideas???!!!

Good news is that once I did the first of these, the second was really quick. They were fun to do and came out great!!!!

I was going to say Villains too. There are some great photos online in the snow globe parade of the villains float too...if you don't have any of your own.

It could also be for Very tired, Very happy, Very hungry...
