Help needed please!!!

Haven't heard from her since this morning Reid and she'll be out tonight but I know she's desperate to get back on the DIS so will be trying all the helpful comments tomorrow no doubt if she's got an evening at home. Thanks for asking.

I have exactly the same problem with the London Eye site. We've only got the one computer and I can go in on DH or DD but can't get in on me. Sorry, I know this is absolutely no help to you Rhiannon but I do sympathise with you.

She still can't get on. She's tried all sorts including a new browser, clearing her cookies, her cache and her temporary internet files. She can get on from work or from my house but not from her own. She can get on wdw.info but not onto the discussion forums which is where she wants to be. PLEASE if anyone has any ideas PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I've just spoken to her on the phone and she says that regardless of how she tries to get into the site - IP number, google, yahoo, mozilla, etc she just gets a message "This page cannot be displayed " and no suggested redirection etc. She can get onto wdw.info but it will not allow her to go onto the discussion forums - she gets the "This page cannot be displayed" message again.
I don't know if that helps anyone work out where the problem lies - I hope so!!!!!

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who's offered suggestions and to you lovely mods for allowing the thread - problem not yet fixed unfortunately (using Mum's computer at the mo!)

Just in case anyone experiences similar problems, it finally turned out that the fault wasn't with the much maligned BT (oops!!!) but with the router. I've no idea what that is but it's behaving itself now and it's good to have got to the bottom of the problem. Thanks for all your help everyone - much appreciated!!!

ive got this exact same problem on a uk disney board, i havent been able to log onto that since two weeks ago!!
