Help Needed - Ideas for MK dinner

Hello all, my family and I are leaving in 19 days (and counting) for our first family disney adventure.

Unfortunately our flight times were changed and we are getting in later then originally planned. I have to change our first night dinner reservations.

I would like to book something at the MK as it is open the latest the night we get in. Does anyone have any ideas for a good place at the MK for our first disney dinner. Also does anyone know if it will be busy on Nov 11th?

Well, Liberty Tree Tavern dinner is a character with Thanksgiving type food with characters.

Crystal Palace is a character buffet with Pooh and Friends.

You have Tony's Italian, which does not get great reviews for food quality.
The Plaza is good sandwiches


MY choice if you are coming in late, is go to the Kona Cafe at the Poly. GREat FOOD!!!!!!!and then you can just hop the monorail to the MK in no time.

We love the Plaza, which has great sandwiches and very reasonable prices.

Thanks for the info everyone, I was able to make a few changes but was surprised to find that a few places were full already.

We are now going to the Crystal Place, the family liked the idea of meeting Tigger.

Don't know if she'd be working in the evening or not, but, when we were at CP in the first week of October, we were seated in Linda's section. Linda's been working at WDW since it first opened, one of roughly 16 cast members with 35 years at WDW. She is WONDERFUL and would make you meal a DELIGHT if you have the chance to sit in her section. Just in case you'd like to put in a request for a section when you get there.
