Help! Need restaurant suggestions!

My family has had a rough couple months with losing a pregnancy and then my mother this month. We've decided we are taking the kids to Disney this September. We need something happy and fun! But the 180 ADR window has already opened so I have very little time to research. We have two boys 7 & 10 and a daughter 4. What are your favorites? Best character meals?

Here's what I have so far? Any comments on these?

O'Hana Dinner - Done this before and a must!
Cinderella's Royal Table Breakfast - If I can even get an ADR
Teppan Edo Dinner
Cape May Cafe Clambake Dinner - Beach Club
Sci Fi Drive In - Lunch

So sorry to hear about all the sadness! I hope your trip is a bright spot for you and your family! I think your choices look good. BoG does get mixed reviews, but the food we've had the times we've been there, has always been good. It's such a beautiful place, even if the food isn't perfect, it's a great atmosphere! I'd probably try for a FP+ and go at lunch....

Sorry for your loss.
My kids have always loved tusker house for breakfast. It's a buffet and has Mickey Donald etc. at 12 and 9 years old they both say we must go there every time. They also both liked whispering canyon and 50's prime time. Both are fun they have great interactions for the kids. The others you have sound great as well.
