Boy do I miss that guy! We started out with him back in 1994 and then got switched to a different guide before we actually purchased in '97. He was the BEST! I don't have his old card around though. I would call the regular sales number and ask to be transferred to his mailbox.

Randy is a fantastic guide! I truly think that we lucked out when we got him. He's about as low key as they come, and he gets things done. When we first started looking at DVC, we took over a year to finally buy in. He never made us feel pressured or like we were wasting his time... as a matter of fact, at one point, we told him to send us a contract, because we wanted to buy in, even though the resort we wanted wasn't available for sale yet - we figured we would just add on later. He actually talked us OUT of it, and told us we should just wait the extra 6 months, and get what we truly wanted. I'll never forget that... and it turned out to be great advice!
