I'm so proud of my mom, she's been working out at at a fitness center for over six months and is doing just great, but with the change in the weather, she's not always able to get there. I'd like to get her a really good, motivating fitness DVD for Xmas, and need suggestions. She's late 50s, a bad back, but otherwise healthy, so I'd probably want to stick with low impact, I assume, for her. At the center, she does water aerobics, loves the elliptical, lifts weights, etc. Help me, oh you healthy people
