Help! Need an extended stay(30 days) lodging!!

I posted somewhere else, but I can't find it... silly me...Ok, I need help from you experts, will trade for cruise info!!lol
My dd7 and I are coming into Orlando for at least a month...if we stay, Iwill rent an appartment, but May is a trial, so I need at least a one bedroom, full kitchen, etc, etc. I am not keen on staying in the International drive area, too busy and icky, and have transportation. This isn't a vacation, so proximity to parks isn't an issue. I want to bring our dog, so dog friendly is a must. This is what I have found so far...
Summerfield Condo resort...

Celebration World rseort...I would absolutely LOVE this one, close to the school I want dd to go to, if we stay, etc...anyone know if they reduce rate for monthly?(Or if they even do monthly)

I will be working at Dixie Stampede in Little lake Bryan, so I don't want to be a million miles away, (15-20 mins tops) but safety, and newness of the property(hey, we have to live in it for a month!) is paramount.

Lucky YOU! I would just LOVE to work in Orlando, and so would my son like ME to work in Orlando...

I had a co-worker who's husband had the same dilemma. He had to stay for 3 months. I suggested he check out the Suburban Lodge/Extended Stay America chain, they have several places in Orlando. He stayed in the one I stayed in near Universal on Major Blvd for a little over $200 a week. I stayed there the week after they opened in 1999. They have one bedrooms and studios with full kitchens, very clean and nice.

Celebration World is a timeshare. I would call them and ask for a good monthly rate. Who knows, they may need the money!

There are lots of houses for rent in the Orlando area, also, some very close to the Celebration World. You might want to check the vacation rental sites. PM me if you need more help!
