Help! Need advice re: trip cancellation

Hi all! I have vertigo and need to postpone trip. We have tickets through Air Miles with Canadian deal. When do they expire? Sooooooo disappointed.

Per the airmiles website terms and conditions "Valid for arrivals through September 27, 2019". Hope you will be able to rebook before then.

Even though they have an expiry date, they're still good if they haven't been used. You will just have to pay the difference between the price of your tickets and the price of tickets for when you can go. So don't think your tickets will be no good.

or you can try and "gift them" to someone else. They are exchangeable with a Canadian.

Speaking as someone who's had vertigo, I feel your pain.

Make sure either you know how to do that make (but weird) maneuver or you know a good physiotherapist that can do it for you. I had to go to one in our local hospital to get it done and it was a miracle. My mom learned how to do hers on her own from a youtube video. She couldn't have functioned without it.
