Help! My turn for creativity block

I am scrapping DD special olympic's swim competition. I swear I've done almost every pool layout pool possible, as she has been in special olympics for awhile, we have a pool, and she loves the water.

For her team relay layout I am going to do "They Rule the Pool" (though they didn't ) I've done the olympic rings previously, I've done cool in the pool. I am just at a loss on what to do with all these pool pictures, and with summer here, I know I'll have lots more! Help!

While I was browsing TPBd , I did find reference to a Special Olympics Scrapbooking kit, with the proceeds going to SO so now I am on a hunt for that.

Poolish Pleasures gets my vote! Very creative!

Someone posted a layout (I forget where) that used a trim available at WalMart because it looked like peacock feathers. It did work for that, but I thought it looked like bubbles. It was shades of aqua-blue irridescent circles dangling from the trim. Very cute.

I totally have that trim, but it's a border on my company's bellydance display! I love that stuff, and agree it would look nice as bubbles. There are also lots of fun stickers of pools and diving and bubbles that always help me feel more creative. You could even branch into Hawaiian stuff, cause that's fun and reminds me of swimming maybe i'm weird there, but I think there are tons of fun papers, stickers and whatnot to then use. Hope this helps!

Great suggestions and titles! I used a variation of one right away - Pool princess. I used the George cart for Pool, left out the inside oo. When I was adhesing the big OOs, I thought they looked pool shaped so I left it like that. Princess I did in Jasmine but I am going to recut the letters to a larger size, the 1" is really too small. My next title I am going to use is Poolside Pals as the next layout are pics of her and relay friends sitting on the sidelines after their relay lap.

I am definitely going to use the trim suggestion - love that look. Thanks for the ideas, you didn't disappoint!

Very nice layout. I really like the color scheme you used. I do agree that "princess" could be larger to make it stand out more in your title. I'm sure your daughter loves the albums you create for her.

If you do a lot of pool stuff it might be worth investing in a CM bubble maker punch I use it a lot for summer pool pictures, beach stuff, even snow

Just a little different idea, that trim reminded me of mermaid scales, maybe you could do something with a mermaid theme, although right now I can't think of a good title...
