Help! My parents are coming!

Dear Fellow Posters,

My parents have decided to join us on our trip! Can anybody recommend a condo style 2-bedroom suite that would be nice? I am not sure I want to be that close in vicinity to my parents all week long. The Radisson said they could change my reservation to give us the 2 adjoining room deal w/ 2nd room at 50% off. That came to $811.44 incl tax for 7 nts.

Any other suggestions?

I was thinking maybe I would do priceline but my parents are very picky so I don't know if Mom would be pleased with a surprise hotel.

I'm very confused!

I would look into renting a vacation home, we are renting a four bedroom at x-mas time including tax for 840.00 a week. That way every one would have their own space. Many have two master suites with their own bathrooms and tv's in bedroom. You also get your own private pool.

You may want to consider the the Wyndham Palms
Resort and Country Club. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath condo in July and it was really quite nice. The condo was over 1,500 square feet. The master bedroom had a king sized bed with a beautiful master bath including jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom had two double beds and another bath. There was a full kitchen, sofa bed, washer and dryer, 52 inch tv and screened-in balcony. The building we were in was only two months old. Everything was brand new. There was a golf course, three pools, mini-golf, etc. It was about a five minute drive to WDW.

We booked this condo thru hotelkingdom.com at the rate of $89 per night. We did not have to attend a timeshare presentation.

It was a great place at a great price!

Just checked on Hotel Kingdom and they have Wyndham Palms available for 9/20-9/27 (guessed on those dates based on your countdown). The 2 Br is 88.88/night plus tax. The 1 BR is 66-something/night plus tax (in case you want to be near the parents but not in the same condo!). They are condos w/ full kitchens, not just a 2 Br suite.

If any of you play golf, by booking thru Hotel kingdom, you get a 10% discount at the resort's golf course.
