Help! My mom got the pin code, but I didn't!

And how did she anyway? She's not been to Disney in 20 years, nor shopped there, ordered anything, etc!

Aghhhh!

Anyway, does she actually have to go with us? What if she booked it, paid for it, etc. Can we just be the ones who show up? I imagine this may be easier with a room only code?

here's the other things - we need two rooms if she doesn't go and 3 if she does go. (one for another family, one for our family and one for her.) I know that in the past you could book as many as 3 rooms w/ one code? Still true?

What's the latest on cancellation policy? TIA!

OK. When do you want to go?? Does your dates fit into the time frame listed on her card. Did the card come to your address? If it did, then no problem. If it came to your mom's address you need probably need to have her on the reservation and that would probably require her to check in too. But by all means call or have her call and ask if she can do those things. Also, there are some code out there that seem to work for some people. Just PM me if you need them. Good Luck!
