I use to think I was somewhat of a DIS expert, know-it-all, etc. LOL, but my head is spinning and Im not leaving until 10/21/06!
Please help me clarify a few points so I can begin my planning and know where I want to eat 6 months from my trip LOL
EMH morning/night are up and posted for the next 6 months. These EMH are set for specific days for the next few months, but I do know Disney has the right to change. Is that correct?
Spectro, Wishes, parades, not to concered with times. My main focus is what days are the am/pm EMH.
I have to make my ARDs for October in May and will base my park days away from EMH. What is the estimate when these will be posted.
So if we think that Disney will change the EMH schedule for summer through end of year, it is probably safe to say I cannot plan anything until the October EMH is posted, correct? I wont be able to know what best park days to avoid EMH and when I want to attend the MNSSHP. Correct?
MNSSHP tickets usually go on sale in the summer. We went a few years ago and will go again next year. BUT, I think I will wait to purchase tickets once it gets closer to my date and the EMH are sort of kind of set. Not going on Halloween or a Friday or weekend so I should be ok with availability.
I want to get, for our family of 4, 4 - 10 day park hopping, non-expiring passes. Do these come with plusses or do I have to add that too?
One of the best places for me to purchase these tickets is Ticketmania and as of now they are about $360 each, more if plusses are not included.
We own a 3 bedroom at OLCC so we dont worry about lodging and can handle rental car (usually National EA) and air, which I try to grab on jetblue when it comes out for best deal (use to be Song but as of May 06, they will merge their flights in with Delta).
Our last trip, we made it a point to eat at places we have never eaten and do things we have never done. We went the week after Thanksgiving and attended MVMCP, ate at WC and took a sleigh ride from the WL hotel and booked a Wishes cruise (we had already done an Illuminations cruise). We (my family of 4 with my dd-12, ds-8) will be traveling with my mom (karensi) who goes to Disney often and my inlaws who have never been. They are all young-mom and mil-60, fil-about 65. Can anyone recommend anything different? HDDR, thought about it, done it, dont feel the need to do again. We always have to have dinner at Chef Mickeys our first evening and then ride the monorail. Tried Ohana our last trip and will go again our next trip. May have to see my fil sing Buttercup at WC but not sure LOL The kids still talk about my husband singing it our last trip.
Thank you all!
