HELP- My Dining Reservations I made are GONE!!!

I decided to get on the Disney website to check on my dining reservations & it says "We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations". Below that it says "you have no reservations at this time". Then it says "find missing reservations". I clicked on that, entered my confirmation number & it doesn't come up. Please tell me the the Disney website is just temporarily down & my dining ADRs are not gone forever. I have spent a lot of time lining up these reservations & now I'm stressing out. Should I be concerned?
 
The exact same thing happened to me about a week or so ago. My 5 ADRs had disappeared and I couldn't find them. Thankfully, they're back up now so I think the site was having problems, but maybe you should just call them and confirm your reservation numbers just in case?

I'm really freaking out because I booked 2 places (Le Cellier & Ohanas) for 2 days because I wasn't sure which day we would being going down on. So, I'm trying to cancel the ones we won't be using. I don't want them to charge my credit card.
 
No need to freak out. Call them at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463).
 

Three months out they are not going to charge your credit card. That only happens if you cancel less than a full day in advance.

If you can't cancel online and don't want to wait and see if the system comes back up, then call.

Thanks! I know I shouldn't worry this far out. I have just read so many incidences of people being charged as no shows. I just don't want the computer glitch to cause any problems with cancelling. Can I cancel over the phone? I will wait it out a week or so & if it's not fixed, I will call.
 
I find if I log out and log back in, my ressies will maically reappear. Then again, a package I cancelled a few weeks back somehow reappeared telling me I owe money. Another log out and log in, and it disappeared again.

what a mess. I just posted a thread ranting that i've spent a fair bit of time tonight trying to cancel 9 dining ressies as I postponed my trip and it's NOT working! And dining is closed when i called to cancel. Ugh Ugh Ugh. I just want to get it off my to-do list.
 
Look for the link on the right that says "update reservations." Click on that and your reservations should re-appear. Mine "disappear" regularly and using this method always brings them back.

I had this problem and had to cancel one a few days out, so I made a ressie for a not hard to get place (I think I used Marrakesh..it's always available, so I wasn't worried about blocking out a reservation someone may need) at the same time as the one I had before. Then something popped up with my reservation I had before and the option to cancel and replace it. Not sure if that made any sense, but it worked. No credit card charges.

But today, no reservations at all AND my AP had disappeared! I went to update my profile and ALL of my information was gone. I filled in the first page, and magically reappeared. Including my dining. So frustrating.
