GRR this is so frustrating. We are a family of 5. I would like to price out a vacation in the fall of 2009 (probably Oct 1-8th) for us during the bounceback time. The OKW or Saratoga Springs sounds interesting since they are giving an additional price break, but it says we have too many people when I do it online. How do I get a base price so that when we go in 3 weeks I know whether or not what they are offering is a good deal for the bounceback. This is so frustrating. I couldn't price out 2 rooms at a value either.

You can only have 4 people in a DVC studio or 1-bedroom, unless you own DVC or rent points from a DVC owner. They won't let you book 5 guests via the CRO.

For a value, just check the rate for 1 room and double it. The ticket prices are not discounted, and the prices are available here on the DIS by clicking on the "Tickets" tab at the top of the page. If you want to add the DDP, check the DDP Board under Restaurants, and one of the stickies at the top will have 2009 prices for each plan.

BTW, there's no guarantee that there will be a bounceback special during your upcoming trip. The current bounceback deal is for travel dates later this year, still in 2008. Last year during free dining, we were able to book a bounceback free dining for 2008, but the last check-in date was about 9/28 or 9/29.

You can sleep 5 at POR if you are interested in a moderate resort. They have 2 double and a trundle bed. Hope you have good luck with the bounceback offer... we have never once received one, as they come out about 2 weeks after we get home.

I thought free dining bounceback was being offered right now. People have been posting pictures of the flyers. There was a special deal that had discount off Saratoga and OKW as well as free dining and this sounds like it is the only time they have offered a stacking discount, wo that was why I was interested, but it sounds like it is only for the 1 bedroom which won't work for our family. I already know how the free dining works as that is what we are doing in 3 weeks, but just thought this was maybe an even better deal, but it isn't...
