Help me with stroller ideas

I've read a lot about strollers and plan to rent a double for our 4yo and 10mo. I understand you can't take them into restaurants or attractions but what do most of you do with a 10mo inside such areas? Just Carry them and eat on lap etc? Harnesses for rides? Anything creative?

We usually held our baby girl or wore her in the ergo carrier. She was 14mo during our trip.

We have used our Boba carrier since our 3 year old was 9 weeks old. I still carry her on my back in lines sometimes. The great thing about the carrier is that you can also use it to store a few things like a fanny pack.

Definitely bring a carrier, your arms will thank you!

At that age I loved our woven wrap but it would be too cumbersome and hot so we brought out ergo with us. Quick on/off and tucked it under the stroller when not in use.

Going this summer with a 4 year old and 10 month old also. We took our daughter that is 4 when she was 13 months and 2 years.

Bring a baby carrier for lines or places that don't allow strollers. I hold the baby on my lap or next to me on rides.

For restaurants, a 10 month old should be able to sit in a high chair? Our son is 8 months and sits in restaurant high chairs

Thanks for the replies. We are actually the grandparents and haven had small children for over 30 years so it's hard to remember how big the kids will be in 6 months!

I am going in 3 weeks with a 5 yo and a 9 month old. I am bringing my ergo. But in restaurants she can sit in the high chair. I recommend bringing some sort of place mat, at that age the baby should be able to feed herself puffs/cheerios and the like and that will keep her entertained at meals

We rented a city mini gt from Kingdom Strollers with our 12mo last year and it was one of the best decisions. He was kept cool by not being in our arms or in a carrier.
