Help me with some surprise gifts before our trip

My DH and I are taking our kids, spouses and grandkids to WDW next month. Our 2 oldest granddaughters are 4/12 & 5 and are SO excited - PRINCESSES!!

We have another granddaughter 3 1/2 and a grandson 2, and a granddaughter 5 1/2 mos.

I would like to give them some surprise gifts on certain pre-days (like 15 days to go, 10 days to go, 5 days to go) and need some ideas of what I can give them. Of course, it needs the Disney theme to help keep them excited!! The gifts don't have to be (and I would prefer not to be) identical.

It doesn't have to be much, just little things, like stocking ideas at Christmas time.

Any ideas anyone?

i saw a lot of older kids using disney dollar gift cards to buy
an icecream or whatever when they wanted. (i thnk you can get them at a disney store)
disney shirts, or hat
disposable camaras, or
real one?

I have seen something on one of the boards here about mickey ears and maybe even princess ones.

Does anyone know how to purchase these ahead of time? A contact or store maybe?

My mom bought my nephews their ears when she go to disney, so they had their names on them. The things she bought before hand from www.Disneyshopping.com were blankets with their names one them, identical polo shirts for all of us including her and my dad, personalize shirts with their favorite character. She also bought them Mr. Potato heads and then bought them Disney pieces when they arrived. From the Disney store she bought them disney dollars, wash clothes and a hair brush.
