We are taking our DNiece, DFiance's MIL and FIL and his siter to Ohana's for the 4th when they drive in from out of town. We had a PS at 9:20pm, when Wishes was going to be at 10pm, figured this would be great. However then Wishes was changed to 9pm, we were only able to get a PS at 7:20pm. We REALLY want to make this special since it's DNiece's 6th B-Day, and his MIL and FIL's 35th Anniversary. How early should we get to Ohana's. We would LOVE to see Wishes as we enjoyed Dessert or get done soon enough to see it outside, but would be very upset it we were stuck in the back area of the restraunt during the show. I'm sure everyone else there wants the same thing. Should I mention the special occasions again when we check in (they already have it in our PS, and cake is ordered)? They were wonderful when we celebrated our goddaughter's b-days there... gave us the table dead center to see the fireworks. MIL and FIL have never been to Disney so this will be there first "disney" experience. Please help. Any suggestions?
We are also bringing princess b-day hats, ballons, etc for her... her gift will be a Princess Lanyard and some pins, we will send her pins each time we go to WDW 3-4 times monthly so she will always have something coming, thought it was a neat idea.

I guess no one can help... :( Anyone? Or maybe no one wants to share their ideas cuz their going too?

Since your ps is 7:20 and Wishes is 9 then I would just get there at 7:20 that way you can request a table close to the window and if there isnt one available then you a little time to wait for the next available one.
We ate Ohana on our June trip and our table was close to the entrance and right next to the big pit they cook the meat and and we could see Wishes just fine (except the rude people at the table in front of us kept standing up talking to each other:rolleyes: ).

However then Wishes was changed to 9pm

I wonder why they have scheduled wishes at 9, with the parade at 10:30 and 12:30? how unusual that it's not between parades.
Why 9?

I'm so glad you mentioned that tho... I had to go to the disneyworld site to confirm it, since other's calendars still have it at 10.
