Help me with my plan of attack.

We will be going to the last week in September for one day, Tuesday,with hopper. We really want to do HP plus at least the minion ride and Cat in the Hat. Other stuff would just be gravy. No interest in Dragon Challenge, but yes to flight of the hippo griff(that's as crazy as my family gets). We won't be doing early entry, so were should we hit first to avoid the crowds(well, as much as that is possible...), what should we do last?

I'd wait a few weeks and then see how the crowd patterns have developed once the majority of the kids go back to school. We're going to be at Universal that same time. I'm anxious to see how wait times have changed between now and then.
