Help me with a craving!!!!

I have been craving the Spinach Garlic Dip from the Grand Floridian Cafe ever since we got back from our trip in October! No other spinach dip even comes close! Does someone have the recipe or know which Disney cookbook it might be in?

have you tried allears.net? They have a lot of recipes. Or try contacting the Chef direct?
