What is the difference between the dinning plan that is offered by CRO with a package and some dinning card/option thing that can be bought with an AP?

At this point, we are using left over PHP days for our upcoming trip, but after reading numerous ideas/thought/plans, I'm wondering if we should buy an AP (maybe for one of our DD's) if that will qualify us for whatever the dinning card is? Can we get the discounts with a child's AP.....

I'm confused, aren't I?

Help!!!! :confused3 :confused3

The $35 dining option through CRO can be added on to one of your packages and includes a counter service lunch, sit down dinner and snack. The DDE card can be bought by AP holders for $50 and you will recieve a 20% discount off your food bill at most sit down restaurants. The DDE card is valid for one year.

The Dining option with the Magic Your Way package is $35 per adult and $10 per child (age 3 - 9) per day. You receive one full service meal, one counter service meal and one snack per day for each person in your party.

The Dining Experience is $50 if you are an AP holder and gives you 20% off the cost of your meal and up to 10 guests at most full service restaurants (there are a few counter service and food court places included). We are thinking about trying this when we go in June.
