Help me understand Aulani booking windows

I am very versed in WDW booking windows and consider myself a veteran there, but I feel a bit out of my element with Aulani. I know there isn't quite as much that you have to plan in advance, but I don't want to miss anything important. I've been reading but still want to be sure I understand it all.

We check in on October 27 which means we are coming up on 90 days in just a couple days. Is there anything I need to be prepared to book at that time? (This is an adults only trip, so no Aunty's Beach House, but if there are other activities that open up at 90 days I want to be ready.)

I understand ADRs are at 30 days and we've already booked the Luau.

Is there anything I am missing?

I just went though this and I can say it is complicated. I finally got it all down (almost). 90 days would be Casabellas and Cabanas midnight Hawaii time by calling only. https://www.disneyaulani.com/activities/shaded-retreat/ I believe the Spa is 90 days.
