We are sailing on March 26 in room 2088 which I noticed was on Dave's noise list for Bigmac. I called DSL and I could switch to 2650 which is all the way aft. Would that effect my DH who gets seasick more easily than me? Any one with thoughts please help.

We have found that the further aft you are the less movement there is so you should be OK

2650's on my list as well. Don't worry about the movement being fully aft... the movement back there isn't any more noticeable than being midships, but being fully aft, you will hear the engine/propeller noise pretty clearly. Not a problem if you like "white noise", but there will definitely be a dull roar back there.

Neither one of those locations are all that fantastic...

2088 is across from the main engine exhaust stacks... it's pretty loud.

2650 is above the propellers... it's loud and you have a low rumble.

I guess of the two, I'd take 2088. Unless you enjoy the "Magic Fingers" kind of vibration. (Remember those old hotel beds? Think what you'd save on quarters!)

Once again I have discovered what a poor typist I am. We are going March 16 not 26 and for now I'll stick to 2088 but will call DCL again and see if any thing opens up. Thanks for all the input.
