Help me speculate on AP discounts :)

Hi everyone. I'll be heading down in late Jan 2018 for 2 weeks with my family. I'll be purchasing an annual pass and was wondering if anyone here has any speculation as to what Dining discounts will be available at the time for pass holders. I know that currently the 45th anniversary 20% discount that is at so many restaurants is ending come end of year. From what I can tell after that, there are very few discounts, EPCOT in particular. so I guess 1 question first, and then speculation.

1. In times when it isn't the 45th anniversary for MK, what discounts do AP holders get at EPCOT, world showcase specifically.

2. With it being EPCOT's 35th Anniversary is there any speculation that they may have a different promotion similar to the one running now? I really have no idea on this, don't know the history well enough.

The old discount was 10%. I'd expect it to return to that. If they were going to do something for Epcot's 35th they'd have done it at the time of the 35th anniversary, not months later.

Also, there were very few QS locations on the list before the 45th additions. I'd expect most of those to go away too. I think just a food court or two (All Stars maybe?) and Flametree over at AK. Maybe a couple others. Not many though. Nothing like there is now

Thanks Angi, your logic makes sense, I was just holding out hope that since they extended the MK anniversary discounts that they might not announce EPCOT ones till after. As far as the 10% goes, does that include most places at EPCOT, or is it pretty limited?

I would say they will most likely not extend it or offer an alternate because they still sell Tables in Wonderland for APH, Florida Residents, and DVC members. This is a link to the current discounts. It specifies on the far left hand side if its 45th anniversary specific. It was on most all Epcot TS locations.
Just as a reminder, it doesn't include any dining packages like CP, F!, RoL, etc.
