help me save my pressed pennies please!

Unfortunately, I let my kids pressed pennies from last summer sit in a pouch until now and they have all discolored! I was finally putting them in the penny book to surprise my kids and when I opened the pouch they didn't look very good! Any suggestions on cleaning them up? I'm disappointed with myself for not taking care of them earlier

Salt and warm water... Just shake them in a bowl. You can add lemon juice too! They will clean right up!

Ketchup works great! Jut put pennies in a ziplock with the ketchup. Make sure all pennies are covered by rubbing around the ketchup and let sit for a few hours. Rinse and enjoy the shine.

Toothpaste and warm water. Rub toothpaste all over the pennies until they are clean. Rinse well and dry thoroughly. Trust me, it works.

I believe the drop a penny in coke still works to get them shiny again.
