I have to agree with Robinb, I don't usually worry about the occupancy but 6 in a studio will be very uncomfortable to say the least. 6 people to 1 bathroom in the mornings, I can't even begin to imagine. I don't know if OKW is like the other DVC resorts, but other studios have 1 queen bed & 1 sleeper sofa (queen size). Where will they sleep? I hope you're not planning on giving up your bed?!? If it's becoming too much, you could tell them that you spoke with member services to make sure ressies were ok & they told you that they will not allow 6 to a studio, but will help you to get another studio close by - or something to that effect. I just don't see how you're going to get along with 6 in a studio. DH & I are very private people & need/want our own space (with our kids of course - but that's it). We want to be able to go to the bathroom or take a shower without having to work around others. Good luck.
