Help me please..........

I have 4 rooms booked for 13 people going June 5th-12th. My 60 day mark is tomorrow. My question is how do I know have everything linked? I see all the reservations and people on my family and friends. I was trying to do a dry run when I went to add fastpasses it only showed me. Do they mysteriously show up tonight at midnight? I have been to disney several times but never had to do this part. I gotta be honest........I'm freaking out a tad bit..........
