Help Me Please I'm desperate

I'm having a minor meltdown today.... I have been on the phone for several hours with different parts of Disney Reservation, Dining, and Wedding events.

I'm basically trying to book the Cinderella's Royal Table Engagement Package for next month. I have left multiple messages on their voicemail (and even an email) and no response.

The most helpful person so far has been the main switchboard that attempted to call several people and get me someone to help but at the end she was told to transfer me to dining reservations. They didn't know what to do either.... I have called all of the following numbers:

1-407-W-DISNEY - Main Number
1-407-560-PASS - Annual Passholder Line
1-407-WDW-DINE - Dining Reservations
1-321-939-1100 - Disney Weddings

If there is any cast member reading this or anyone that can get me in touch with the write person please post or email me... I already booked my rooms and we have been disney freaks for awhile now.... I would really hate to dissappoint my future wife ...

I feel so frustrated...

P.S. I know I have one post only -- but i'm disguising my real screen name because my better half reads the boards daily.

did you go over to the restaurant booards to see if anyone knows?

all i can add is to KEEP CALLING....it might pay off...its a pain but all the hard work & time might just get you what you want,

You might also want to try contacting Disney Floral - sorry, I don't have the number, but I'm sure you could find it. I know they have some engagement packages, so even if they're not involved in the Cinderella's Royal Table package, they might know something that will put you on the right track.

I was doing a search on the board and I found another person that had a similar problem. Unfortunately he did not post any follow ups.

I will try Disney floral and start to plan for a plan b on my own w/o Disney.

I guess I can buy the glass slipper on my own and talk to another one of the restaraunts ... double sigh

First of all do you have reservations at CRT yet? Thats the hardest part.

Oh yeah don't go out and by the glass slipper yet... They have plenty on stock. If you are getting engaged at CRT I am pretty sure they can make it a chocolate glass slipper too if you'd like.

Hi I just wanted to say we just got back from our wedding and honeymoon at Disney. We ate at the Castle the evening of our wedding. We saw a couple get engaged. At the podium I saw the gentleman hand the CM a box (Which was the glass slipper) I know it was because it is what My Chris got me as a wedding gift. We sat a few tables from them and I saw the CM bring out a covered plate with it on it. I agree you need to make the reservation first. We were very very lucky to get in. Goodluck with your proposal. There are so many amazing places it could happen at Disney.

Now I'm a little worried the person at Dining Reservation told me to book my seating with the Special Events people -- that they hold certain tables for that.

I am going to call back and see if I can get anything for dinner... man this is just going downhill on me. Ahhhh lol....

I guess I can always do my backup plan of California Grill.

Please don't feel like that. If you can't get ahold of the Special occasions people. I really do not see why it's not something you could do yourself. Could you maybe call Cinderella's Royal Table directly? Maybe speak to a manager and let them know how hard of a time you are having getting ahold of someone?

If you still haven't been able to get any help with all the numbers you have tried to far, I would call the concierge desk at the resort where you are booked and hopefully get a CM that would take on this project for you. At which resort are you staying?

Thanks for all the suggestions and private messages ! I have some very strong leads on how to get in touch with the right person.

Tomorrow at 9am I will start daily everyone again (hourly if I have to)

Realistically,the only way you would be able to book that is if you reserved it as far out as 180 days out.
It's a LONG shot, but like TeenaS mentioned, your best bet is to contact your hotel's conceirge,if you have one on your level.
