Help me plan Epcot

Going to Epcot next month and trying to loosely plan my day out so we are not criss crossing the park several times. There will be 3 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby.

I know I want to fast pass both test track and soarin (using rider swap) and probably rope drop for Frozen. Nemo is probably the highest 2nd tier ride that we want to do but will hop on any (spaceship earth, figment and crush and the mexico ride). We have a Disney Visa so we don't need a FP for the characters right?

Basically looking to help with a time itenerary. We want time to play in the festival playgrounds and walk around WS a little too. We will TS for lunch (probably between 11-12) not sure where yet (suggestions for with 4 and 2 year old boys welcome).

We will also probably be parking at HS, taking the boat over in the morning so then we can go to Fantasmic in the evening but there is no set time we have to leave for HS.

Thanks!

TT and Soarin' are both Tier 1, you can't FP+ them both. If you're going to RD Frozen and still want to hit TT and Soarin', it's a bit of a challenge without doing a lot of walking, as Soarin' and FEA are pretty far apart. If you RD FEA, by time you're done, the standby line for TT will already be long (unless you want to do single rider). Soarin' may not be so bad yet. I'd sacrifice that extra walking for that particular part of things. Personally, I'd do this:

RD FEA (as that's what you say your plan will start with)
Head right to Soarin' for standby...yes, it's a long walk, but by now TT will have an even longer standby line
FP+ TT for later.

When you're done Soarin', stay in that area and do the rides there. Living with the Land, a walk on. Nemo/Crush...they usually are pretty much a walk on. Figment, also a walk on. Character Spot. Hit World of Coke on your way out.

Head to the other side and do things like TT (whenever your FP+ time is), Mission Space (Tier 2 FP+), Ellen, etc...

Then hit WS and do the things you want

On your way out of Epcot, stop and hit SE (use FP+ if you have one, but you really won't need it).

I'm sure others will jump in with suggestions and ideas, probably better than what I have, as I'm not really a big "planner" in that respect, just throwing out the first idea that came into my head.

So Here is my plan.
Arrive at Epcot world showcase entrance by 830am. Everyone but children must now go through metal detectors so it will take longer to get into the park.
9am brisk walk to Frozen ride
945 Head to Test Track. Don't forget about the pathway shortcut that goes past first aid and the bathrooms. Get rider swap and use single rider line.
1030 Head over to Nemo 10-15 min wait and then do turtle talk (fastpasses would be wasted here) If time before lunch you can look at the aquariums
1130 lunch break For TS with little kids I would recommend Garden Grill. Food is good. You get Mickey and Chip n Dale. And it rotates which fascinated my 6 yr old. We did breakfast here and the food was excellent as was the service. This will also eliminate any extra walking and help with the character meets.
Soarin Fastpass for 1-2
Ride Living with the land
See circle of life movie if you want
Figment fastpass 2-3
Visa Character photo
Spaceship earth fastpass 3-4
Now head back and do your world showcase touring and ride the mexico ride.
Then head to the boats to go back to HS

I think i got everything you listed and i focused on minimizing your walking. hopefully you can still line up fastpasses for these time frames still. If trip is more than 30 days out you should have a good shot :)

******another tip that might work if you don't mind riding alone would be to have Adult 1 fastpass Test track. Then adult 2 and 3 can use ride swap
Then have adult 3 fastpass Soarin. then adult 1 and adult 2 would use rider swap.
Have adult 2 fastpass either test track or soarin-whichever one they want to ride twice(once with fastpass and once with rider swap :)

Yes, they can, since they have a baby. Part of the party gets a FP for Soarin and part of the party gets a FP for TT and then they use rider swap at both rides. It sounds like this is what OP intends to do.

Ah, got it. Missed that part. If you're splitting up the party, yes, I completely agree with you.
