Help me plan a Vero Beach wedding

My DD planss to have a Beach wedding at Vero Beach next May. I found the following site for the wedding

Has anyone ever heard of them?
They will preform the wedding, arrange for flowers, ect.

Also, I need lots of help on the reception plans. I have a beach cottage for the day before and day of the wedding (hope to add more days at 7 months).
I figure there will be 12 to 20 people total (not all staying at Beach cottage, just at wedding).

How large of a cake will we need. My daughter would like it to be teired?
Where to get cake, I was told by someone at vero that Publics and Sams club makes wedding cakes. Do they set them up?

What would be a nice lunch meal (morning wedding).
My Daughter mentioned whole ham with pinapples, but not sure if I want to cook to much on wedding morning. If I did, what could go with it that would be simple to make?

Maybe instead just have meat trays from sams club??

Please help me out , I am not good at planning stuff like this. I also have no talent in decorating

I am not a good help w/ current information on planning, but want to tell you my dh & I were married at Disney's Vero Beach resort in Dec. 2001 and it was a complete dream!

Our ceremony was on the big lawn right outside the back of the lobby and our reception was in a tent.........

The cm's were amazing to work with, we got our cake from publix it was beautiful and yummy.....would not hesitate to order another MAJOR important cake from them!

Contact the resort and ask to speak with someone about a wedding.....if you are interested in our photographer, PM me, and I will look up his information, we were very pleased with his work......

I did call the resort some time within the last year. I was told that Disneys Vero Beach resort does not do weddings. I was told I could do a Beach wedding but would need to make my own plans. As far as a reception, DVBR could do this for us, but I would need to get the cake as they do not bake wedding cakes. The cast member I spoke to suggested I try sams club or publix.

dvconvert, I already contacted vero (I keep all my DCV numbers in the blackberry, and never hesitate to call my favorite place), I am just looking for great advice from my disboard friends.
