Help me pick my ADRs

Planning a Christmas week 2012 trip- have not been to Disney in six years and I am excited to see the world over the holidays! Originally we were going to stay off site so I picked some restaurants to pay OOP, and we would make some meals in the condo. We recently decided to stay on-site and do the dining plan. Which means more TS ADRs (and no OOP considerations).

So far, we will definitely book at Sci-Fi, and Yak and Yeti.
Possibilities include:

Coral Reef (went in 2005 and loved it, loved the tanks and I love seafood)
LTT lunch (not so crazy about dinner choices but want to try here)
Tutto Italia (want one good Italian dinner)
1900 Park Fare (for our little princess)
Chef Mickeys (highlight of 2005 trip, classic characters)
Whispering Canyon (seems fun for kids, good shakes and I want to see WL decorations)
Ohanas (never been- seems like not many choices??)
Raglan Road (looks good and different)
Le Cellier (loved it before, not too excited though about 2 DP credits)

We would do TS ADRs for dinner mainly (no breakfasts unless last day- as we plan to hit the parks at RD to avoid the huge crowds). DS 10 would love the Tonga Toast (I think that is the name)
Planning to see decorations at WL, GF and Contemporary. AT Epcot- family would not like Morocco, China or Norway foods

I like what you're looking at ... I think I would suggest Il Mulino over at the Swan and Dolphin if you want a better Italian meal -unless you're committed to staying within the Park. I think the kids will love Whispering Canyon and the adults will enjoy Raglan Road.

Thanks- we probably will stick to parks and the resorts around MK (due to busing). Will keep this one in mind though.

Any other thoughts from anyone? TIA

I believe Le Cellier is 1 TS credit for lunch...maybe that would be better than a 2 TS dinner.

Kona cafe/tonga toast is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! FYI they also have tonga toast at captain cooks at the poly (quick service). If you are in a hurry, try that.

lcg19 and goofyintoronto.... I had no idea that Le Cellier was 1 table credit at lunch. We may eat there- since we plan to be at parks early I am thinking we may want to leave some dinners open so we have the options to leave the parks.

Thanks for the tips everyone- it is so hard to decide as there are so many good choices. Be Our Guest will be open by then too- so that may be fun to try as well.

Yak and Yeti- One of our favorites!

Coral Reef- It is such a fun place to eat if you're by the tank.

1900 Park Fare- She'll have a blast. Just know that there's different characters there for breakfast vs. lunch/dinner.

Chef Mickeys- Another one of our favorites. We usually try to eat there our first night of every trip.

Whispering Canyon- WCC is always a blast for us. And WL is gorgeous with all the decorations!

Ohanas- We like this place. If the dinner menu isn't looking good for everyone, but you still want to try there, why not do breakfast with Lilo and Stitch there?

Also, I see your DS would like Tonga Toast. You don't even need a reservation at Kona for that! They serve it at the Poly's CS place Capt. Cook's!

Ohana's has good food and fun atmosphere. They have coconut races for the kids.
