Help me pick a place for Easter weekend

So the in-law situation has dissolved even further & I would really like to make arrangements for us to be 'somewhere else' for Easter where we can just plain enjoy our little family without drama. But we've never been away for Easter before so I'm not sure where to go if anyone has any ideas and some good hotel suggestions I'm all ears.

We live in the Lehigh Valley Pa so I'm open to anything, as long as it's not too far a drive. Any ideas? Has anyone heard of a short Easter cruise out of a NYC or Philly port?

How about Disney? The resorts do a super cute candy shuffle on Easter morning. Just a thought.

Washington D.C could be fun for a quick weekend. I know its usually busy at that time, but you should be able to enjoy some things that weekend.

I would LOVE to do Disney & Verobeach, what better way to enjoy the family I love than to be with my favorite mouse. But, SIL is planning a Miami wedding this year so I don't think I can convince DH to do Florida twice.... especially since he KNOWS if I'm anywhere near that state we're visiting the Magic Kingdom ... which is why we've never been to a Florida beach yet

DC hmmm, that's doable, they have the cherry blossoms and enough indoor museums ect so we can keep busy if its freezing.

Hersheypark was something I originally thought of but then assumed it would be closed. Thanks for mentioning it because I just looked and they ARE open. The weather is hit or miss but if it's nice this could be a fabulous way to spend the weekend.

I'm going to look for and book places with generous cancellation policies so our options are open. If anyone else has some ideas keep them coming
