Help me..i am an organized collector's nightmare

As I sat down at my kitchen table this morning in hopes of organizing my pins for my upcoming (YAY!) WDW trip, I had a small panic attack. It seems my collection has grown out of control and now has a life of its own. I have 350+ pins scattered throughout 2 binders and a bag, and yes, there is NO ORDER! All you pin pros out there, HELP! What works the best so I can make my collection logical and neat at the same time? Any pointers appreciated

I try and group them by where they come from... CM pins together and Rack Pins Together. I try and keep the holidays seperate as well. I have a few pages of very hard to find or low (less than 1000) le's. And the rest just sorta fit in here and there. It sounds like a good idea but it does not always work.

Thanks for the input, Nat. It seems like a good workable system. BTW, I will be thinking of you on xmas eve when I am enjoying my bowl of cheddar soup at Le Cellier. Yummm..i can smell it now!

Everyone has their own style, but here's what I do.....
My collection is by topic (all Figment pins together, all Maleficient pins in one spot, all Fantasia pins in one area).

My traders are in pinpic # order. That way it makes it easy to update my pinpics list when something gets traded.

It may not work for you....but it works for me.
