After everything that's happened the last few weeks (and still ongoing) I've lost all excitement for this trip! :confused3

If you've read my posts or blog and know what I've got planned, please remind me what we've got to look forward to! :dance3:

If not, tell me the things you look forward to the most on your trips to the world. :yay:

I've got 7 days to go and should be jumping around like a loony now counting down the hours instead of counting spots! lol

Please help me get excited again, right now I feel like it's not worth all this hassle, when I know really I just need reminding why it is. :) :cheer2:

Do you know I alway's get like this before I go away! Granted you have had a lot to contend with, but I also think that it's a case of all the planning done, spending money and clothes sorted and now it's just waiting!! Which if you are anything like me is absolute TORTURE :sad2:
Just take a deep breath and think of where you will be in 7 days :cheer2:
Sorry if I'm not much help, :goodvibes

Hi

What a nightmare you have had:scared1: :scared1:- but its all going to be soooooooooo worth it!!!! Just think of:

:cool1: that wall of warm humid air and the smell after that thunder storm of the rain steaming off the pavements

:cool1: as you walk up to the turnstiles at magic kingdom into main street

:cool1: your kiddies faces when they see and feel the real magic of disney

:cool1: the fab huge portions of american food!!

:cool1: that first purchase of a cuddly disney toy!!!

:cool1: watching your childrens mouths drop when they watch the fireworks!

I could keep going forever :wizard: - you will have an amazing time!!

i totally agree - i lose the will to live in the last few days, worrying about the basics, flights, car hire, delays, etc.
you ve coped with a lot from what you have posted, i wish you all the best, in the nicest way, get away from disney, think about something else and try not to stress.
oh and say hi to stitch for me!

I think what you are feeling is normal. The closer it gets the further away it seems sometimes.
Try to think of everything you have planned. Look at the menus of the places you will eat and pick your food. Have a look on google earth and try to picture which routes you may take around the parks, DTD or I-Drive.
I'm sure once everything has settled down with your little ones the excitement will return again :cool1:

I feel exactly the same. All the excitement seems to have gone. A few weeks ago I could not contain the excitement that I felt but a lot has happened since then and alas, I cannot get it back again. Am I normal????

I agree. I find before a big trip stress overtakes excitement for the last few days. Quite often the night before I go away I think I'd rather stay at home! Once I get there I'm always amazed I thought that!
You have had quite a lot on you plate too - but sit tight and this time next week you'll be having a great time :thumbsup2
