We are leaving for Disneyland on Saturday.

However, the weather reports are showing 73 degrees as a high next week! We're in Texas, where it has been in the 90s! I thought no bigge, we will just pack black tights and a black shrug/sweater for my daughter to go over her sun dresses (already packed, might I add), but I can NOT find her black shrug anywhere. I'm looking online and having NO LUCK. I need a plain black sweater or shrug (half sweater) in a size 5t and have been looking ALL night. Any internet sleuths out there that can find it faster?

Help!!! :scared1:

I don't see black, but the Children's Place has this

Honestly, though, there's no way we'd be covering up like that in the mid 70s. We'd be in shorts and tee shirts for sure. I guess that's because we live in PA where mid 70s is average for right now.

In California the seventies are a little cooler because there is no humidity. And nights will be even lower than that. They should definitely have sweaters.

OP - I've been looking and I can see your dilemma - it's just not sweater season!

Thank you ALL for helping me look! I've got a few of those saved away and am still looking...but no luck.

I should just slap a sweater she already has on her and go along my merry way, but.....she has to match. :confused3 Pictures, you know! :lmao:

It is quite chilly right now. It's down in the low to mid 60s at night! We are having June gloom so it is also more humid/misty than other times of year. Hopefully, the sun will come out at DL, during the day but plan for the cool, gray so you'll be warm enough.

Glad you found the sweater!!:)

I'm in the Inland Empire so am used to heat. It has been so chilly I have been in flannels. Honestly a shrug is not going to cut it in my mind if you are coming from a hot weather area. As stated we don't have the humidity. I would be packing a hoodie for at night no kidding and a change of jeans or pants. I wouldn't even try with the sundresses. My kids have been in hoodies aand jeans all week with the same temps. I still have the quilts out. This is more then just your usual June Gloom IMHO, I can't remember a June this cold inland since I have moved here 11 years ago. And by inland I mean 45 minutes from disney where it is warmer.
