Help me find a 4 Bdrm Villa Pleeeeeease....

Please please please just put me out of my misery! My head is spinning and I am seeing crosseyed from looking at all these villas online. We really aren't very picky as long as it has four bedrooms and it is clean. We don't mind driving a big further from the park either.

We would like to spend around $150 a night and need it for July 4-8.

I would love for the villa to have a king master, but I can live with a queen.

Anyone have a villa they use/have used that they can send me a link for?

I am seriously losing it here!!!

We have used Villa Direct in the past and were quite happy with our choices. The last location was in Terra Verde and this time in Glen Brook.

I've heard people say good things about Highgate and Champions Gate neighborhoods on this discussion board.

You should find several options in your price range. Here's the link for the homes in the Davenport area, and both of these neighborhoods will show up in the list:

Here's one in particular that looks nice, http://www.vrbo.com/124063 But I can honestly say that I've never even ventured out in that area. If you find a home you like, you can always post for a particular neighborhood, and see if you get any responses.

Their rates are great. Normally $82 a night. I got a discounted rate since we booked last minute for $500 for the week.

The owners have been great. It has a lockbox at the villa for key pick up so no going to a management co. which I really like since we are arriving late. It is 4bdrm/3ba, has a game room, PS2, DVD players and tv's in all rooms.

I just stayed in a 4-bdrm pool townhome over Easter. I used www.americasdreamvacations.com and dealt with a woman named Selena. The townhome is not pictured on the website but let me tell you--it was WONDERFUL. It took us about 10 minutes to get onto Disney property. It is in the Terra Verde resort which is a bit farther out than Windsor Palms but VERY manageable.

Please contact them and you can even tell them that you want the townhouse that Christine rented over Easter. (I have the address at home, sorry I can't remember it off the top of my head). It was extremely clean. I would think that all their properties would be clean as they probably use the same cleaning people.

Hi the villas we always use seem to be already booked

Its a popular time of year. We always stay on Highgate and like it, but the champions gate area is also really nice.

we use www.orlandoexclusivevillas.com and there is only one coming up for the dates your require, but don't know whether thats suitable for you. all of these villas are on Highgate Park.

I like it because it's close. Should I go farther away from the park and look for someting with more options? ie TVs in every room (ok my kids don't need TVs in their rooms anyway) and a games room. Honestly we won't be at the house much anyway right?

OK VRBO IS THE BEST SITE!!!! THANK YOU FOR TELLING ME ABOUT IT!!! It is soooo easy to go through and contact the owners and I LOVE being able to deal directly with an owner rather than using a company. So so so much better.

I haven't stayed at this particular property, but I have stayed at the Manors at Westridge. It's a gated community and was very quiet. I paid $480 (also a last minute deal - about a month ahead of time).
